Getting Support

There are three ways to get support, depending on what you need:

  • CAM (Request Support button) — for sales-related support such as pricing queries, demo requests, or co-sell assistance. This is handled by your Channel Account Manager (CAM).

  • Technical Support (via *Maven / Zendesk) — for product troubleshooting, configuration issues, or anything related to using or setting up Exclaimer. Use the Maven chat assistant in the Exclaimer Partner Portal to route your ticket to the support team.

  • Self-serve — for managing your own subscriptions, renewals, or placing orders directly. This can be done within the Exclaimer Partner Portal, on the Subscriptions tab, or, for product configuration, via the existing product portal until it is deprecated.
